Future leadership skills – expectations of the management

In this keynote speech, Claus Nottbrock identifies the current challenges facing managers as a result of technological, geopolitical and regulatory changes. He will provide insights into existing management practices and leadership skills. The Managing Director of SEBN explains the need for further development in the area of leadership skills in order to be able to meet the requirements of a manager in the future.

Claus Nottbrock has held various senior management positions in the automotive supplier industry for 20 years and is currently appointed Managing Director of an international supplier. He is an extra-occupational doctoral candidate in Economics at the University of Antwerp and in Economics and Business Administration at the University of Ghent. He is interested in researching the impact of digital Industry 4.0 innovation in interaction with business processes in companies and their value chains. He regularly publishes articles that focus on linking industry and academia to define solutions to practical problems and improve business process performance through novel digital innovations.
