Managers are currently facing a wide range of challenges, for example due to technological, geopolitical and regulatory changes. Our fireside guest Claus Nottbrock, Managing Director of SEBN, visited the Gutenberg School of Business and shared insights into existing management practices and leadership skills in his keynote speech. Claus Nottbrock explained the need for further development in the area of leadership skills in order to be able to meet the requirements of a manager in the future.
