As a provider of in-service leadership and management training, GSB Mainz is located in a multi-layered context. It is academically anchored as part of the Faculty of Law and Economics at the University of Mainz. The concrete form of its courses is the result of ongoing dialog with all those involved. This includes the lecturers teaching at GSB Mainz as well as the graduates of GSB Mainz, the participants and their employers, the contact persons at the partner universities as well as those responsible from the business world, society and politics.

This long-standing, intensive and multifaceted dialog has resulted in a diverse network of relationships and useful connections, from which GSB Mainz benefits significantly and which is of great benefit to the members of GSB Mainz in many ways.
