A central aspect for the successful completion of a part-time MBA program is the intensive interaction between the participants.

In order to facilitate as broad a discussion as possible, the Executive MBA is attended by participants from a wide range of industries with the most diverse academic backgrounds possible.

To date, GSB has successfully graduated 563 students from 23 Executive MBA programs.

The curriculum comprises an introductory week, five compulsory modules on the core management subjects, four compulsory elective modules with specialization options in the areas of “Law”, “International Management”, “Operations” and “Health Management”, two of which must be completed (participation in all four is possible) and a module abroad at one of GSB Mainz’s partner universities. Each module consists of three interrelated courses.
