Once again this year, GSB Mainz has recognized the best teaching achievements of the past year with the GSB Teaching Award. In the MBA program, the award was presented to the lecturers who received the top three results in the course evaluations. In the Executive MBA program, four lecturers were honored this year, as all of them achieved an outstanding evaluation score of 1.0.
Claudia Behlendorf received a teaching award for her first-time contribution to the MBA program with the course “Presentation Training: Communication and Presentation Techniques.” Also recognized were Dr. Daniel Herbold for the module “Human Resource Management” and Nicolas Bertholet for his course “The Talking Body,” once again demonstrating his consistently exceptional performance over the past years.
In the Executive MBA program, Professor Torsten Wulf was honored once more for his course “Strategic Management,” as were Dominik Maier for the introductory course “Introduction to Business Thinking – Understanding and Innovating Business Models” and Dr. Klaus Daniel for “Work Management.” For the first time, Professor Uwe Walz also received the award for his course “Corporate Finance.”
“The differences in evaluation results, even among the award recipients, are marginal,” explained Dr. Stefanie Klossok, Managing Director of GSB Mainz. “The consistently excellent and very positive feedback from participants reflects the high quality of teaching and the outstanding expertise and academic excellence of our faculty. On behalf of the entire GSB, I extend our warmest congratulations to all award recipients and a heartfelt thank you for the years of exceptional and trusted collaboration, which forms the foundation of the success of GSB’s programs.”
In the MBA program, we congratulate:
